We had an appointment for an “express” oil change. Waited for hours on site with no update. Finally after hours, we left the dealership to wait at home. We had to call AND text to finally get an update - not once did our service advisor reach out to us to let us know about the status. I understand things get backed up, but there was no excuse for lack of communication and updates. I emailed Richard Wade after about the experience and he didn’t bother to reply. Clearly our customer satisfaction didn’t matter.

The salesman was so knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions. He was very patient. I never felt pushed to make a purchase. When I picked up the car, he went over all of the features so that I felt comfortable driving it home. I felt that he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my new car.
When asked what service I wanted, I said the next scheduled service. You should have all my records. The service guy then proceeded to review the list of items to be included on the next scheduled service. But wait. Since when is sweet smelling orderizers part of a service? He automatically tried to upsell me with overpriced items right from the start. Not nice!

We had a nice salesman but the dealership is not equipped to sell electric vehicles. Our Trailseeker did not have adequate charge so we had to drive 60 miles home at night then 60 miles back to pick up our Trailseeker the next day. After telling us our Outback trade-in was essentially worthless it was odd that we got it "loaned" back to drive for an extra day. Brought my 2021 Ascent in for several repairs, including a CVT transmission seal, oil pan reseal, and sunroof glass replacement. I brought my Crosstrek in complaining of losing tire pressure in the right rear axle tire due to a nail in one of the treads. Previously I called for an estimate and I was given a quote of $45 to repair the puncture. However, Matthew , the service advisor waived the $45 charge and I got a repaired tire. Thank you for the service and the tire was fixed.

Service writer carefully considered information regarding an intermittent problem and the service team did thorough diagnosis to solve the issue. Intermittent problems can be the bane of any technician’s existence so the hard work of figuring out the root issue is highly appreciated.

Regular maintenance work took almost 3 hours. I had an appointment, but was put at the end of the line on a busy morning. I finally walked around to the back and found my car parked outside, with no one near it The work was obviously done, but I was still eft waiting. I sent a text to the service rep. I had a choice of waiting while the car was washed, or taking it without the wash. I chose to skip the wash. What is the point of having an appointment, when it is not honored?

Was there for recall on my Hybrid. Was told it would take half a day and was very pleased when it took less than an hour. DO NOT like the text and email reminders that continue to come after the part was repaired. AND didn't like that even when I had an appointment scheduled I got text and email telling to to schedule an appointment. You need to fix your automatic reminder system.
