Lots of waiting due to complex process Could have been more efficient But everyone is courteous
I feel like part of the family when I take my car to be serviced Capitol Subaru. Staff is professional, friendly, helpful, and very communicative.
Regular maintenance work took almost 3 hours. I had an appointment, but was put at the end of the line on a busy morning. I finally walked around to the back and found my car parked outside, with no one near it The work was obviously done, but I was still eft waiting. I sent a text to the service rep. I had a choice of waiting while the car was washed, or taking it without the wash. I chose to skip the wash. What is the point of having an appointment, when it is not honored?
My first maintenance appointment here after CARLSEN SUBARU closed down. The service provider was very informative and professional..

Richard in sales was great. He was very friendly and welcoming. I came in to test drive a used car and he already had it warmed up and parked right outside for me. We went on a test drive and he let me test all the features I want. I found a button that kept sticking, so he took the time to clean it when we got back to the dealership. First Service. I was told it would take two hours maybe less. It took 3 hours, No communication.
I was very impressed with my internet sales person (Sean) as he was very approachable, easy to work with and exceeded my expectations on many levels. When I came in to see the car at the dealership on Friday (May 29), he took a step beyond to have the Corvette Z06 washed and prepped just to show it (I was not expecting that so yes, that raised the bar on exceeding customer expectations). Was there for recall on my Hybrid. Was told it would take half a day and was very pleased when it took less than an hour. DO NOT like the text and email reminders that continue to come after the part was repaired. AND didn't like that even when I had an appointment scheduled I got text and email telling to to schedule an appointment. You need to fix your automatic reminder system.

So far so good. Lobby is comfortable. Added bonus would be staff just popping in with a little personal engagement when waiting.

They do a great job of getting you in and out with excellent service and communication.
The service department performed the repairs to our car in a very competent manner. We were kept informed throughout our wait and provided with a video from the repair technician showing other areas of our car that may need attention.
They were able to help me immediately upon having my car towed in. It was ready to go the next day.

First time Subaru owner and I am really enjoying the experience. Service department was great at communicating and I especially liked the video they sent me of the inspection they did on my car. unacceptably long wait time. We did not dally around, came in ready to buy, but ended up spending close to 6 hours, nearly 3 of which were just waiting to pay after signing the deal.
Everything went well till the finance manager started pressuring me to buy an extended warranty. I told him that i drive about 200 - 500 miles a month, he kept saying you need this extended warranty for 5 years since it will save you money. Especially if you drive a lot more and when we told him that my wife works from home and I’m retired, he kept at it. i think his name was Jojo, but the sales rep was outstanding Jarat.
Nice folks that get the job done. It is expensive having your car worked on at Capital Subaru.

It's a car dealer. They were nice and I was happy with the trade-in price and the price I paid for the car. They didn't install the floor mats or the cover for the rear. I had to unbox it and do it myself.

Service advisor was very courteous, they were very prompt, the car was spotless afterwards, and the advisor went over everything that had been done, including new windshield wipers and, most importantly, repaired a tire that had a nail in it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However I’m disappointed that each time that I’ve brought my car in for servicing it had not been washed or if washed it was a very poor job. I completely know that it is a courtesy wash but it’s very telling of what you think of your customers.
Through the Costco Auto program, I was able to get an affordable starting price on my new car. Aaron was my auto dealer and he was tremendous. He was professional, answered all my questions, didn’t try to “up sale” me at all. The price he gave me over the phone was the same price on all my paperwork. And in the end, that was my biggest worry going into buying a car for the first time in 15 yrs. Huge thank you to Costco for having this program and a huge thank you to Aaron for making the process seamless.
